Cao Bang Eco Travel started with a handful of local guides who wanted to share the mountains, waterfalls and villages of Cao Bang the way they truly are. Today we run our own homestays, camping sites, motorbike fleet and tour teams, working closely with local families so tourism benefits the community first.

Ms. Ly is the visionary behind Cao Bang Eco Travel's international presence. With nothing but self-taught English and an unwavering passion for her homeland, she built bridges between Cao Bang's remote ethnic communities and travelers from around the world.
Her role spans strategic planning, international partnerships, and ensuring every guest receives the warmth and delicate touch of authentic Tay hospitality. She personally oversees guest relations, curating each experience to feel less like a tour and more like a homecoming.
Under her guidance, Cao Bang Eco Travel has grown from a small homestay into a fully licensed tour operator recognized for its commitment to sustainable, community-driven tourism within the UNESCO Global Geopark.

Mr. Loc has personally ridden thousands of kilometers of Cao Bang's forest trails, from the well-known routes to paths only local villagers know.
He leads the operations team: vehicle maintenance, route planning, and on-ground safety for every tour, homestay stay and camping trip we run.
His hands-on experience means every itinerary we publish has already been tested by our own team first.

Thao has been leading tours across Cao Bang's most iconic landscapes for over 6 years. As Guide Manager, he coordinates the entire guide team and personally leads expeditions to Ban Gioc Waterfall and the legendary Mat Than (God's Eye) Mountain. His deep knowledge of trail conditions, weather patterns, and local customs makes every journey both safe and deeply memorable.
