- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
- Responsibilities of CaoBang Eco Travel
- To provide complete, accurate, and timely information regarding tourism services, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, travel itineraries, and other related services.
- To ensure the confidentiality of customers’ personal data in accordance with the website’s privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.
- To assist customers throughout the service booking and payment process, and to handle any issues arising within the scope of CaoBang Eco Travel’s responsibilities.
- To coordinate with service providers and partners to safeguard customers’ rights and interests in the event of any service changes or cancellations.
- Responsibilities of the Customer
- To provide accurate and truthful information when booking services via the website.
- To independently verify and ensure possession of all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, identification documents, and health certificates) prior to using the services. Vietnamese overseas customers traveling with a passport or permanent residence card (Green Card) must carry valid visas and re-entry permits to Vietnam.
- To comply with all regulations of service providers (including airlines, accommodation establishments, and tour operators), not to separate the tour group without authorization, and to promptly report any incidents or requests to the tour guide or authorized representative of CaoBang Eco Travel for timely resolution.
- To make full and timely payment in accordance with the website’s regulations.
- To provide early notice in the event of any itinerary changes or service cancellations in order to receive appropriate support in accordance with CaoBang Eco Travel’s cancellation policy.
- In cases where customers are accompanied by children under fifteen (15) years of age who are not their biological children, to carry a written authorization the parents or legal guardians, duly certified by the competent local authority.
- Limitation of Liability
- CaoBang Eco Travel shall not be liable for the quality of services provided by third parties.
- CaoBang Eco Travel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising delays, cancellations, or changes in transportation schedules, or natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CaoBang Eco Travel shall use its best efforts to assist customers within its reasonable capacity; however, such assistance shall not constitute an obligation to compensate for any losses beyond its defined scope of responsibility.
- OTHER COMMITMENTS
- The website undertakes to provide transparent, accurate, and non-misleading information to customers.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the services shall be resolved on the basis of mutual cooperation and negotiation. In the event that no amicable resolution can be reached, such disputes shall be settled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
