In order to ensure the maximum protection of customers’ rights when booking and making payments for tourism services, we hereby provide the following detailed and transparent Payment Policy applicable at caobangecotravel.com.
- METHODS OF PAYMENT
CaoBang Eco Travel supports the following payment methods:
- Online Payment via International Cards – OnePay (Visa/MasterCard)
Customers may use international payment cards (credit or debit), including Visa and MasterCard, to make online payments via the OnePay payment gateway.
Scope of Application: Applicable to both domestic and international customers.
Payment Procedure:
- Customers enter card details (card number, cardholder name, expiry date, CVV);
- Transaction authentication via OTP or 3D Secure (if required by the issuing bank);
- The transaction is processed online, with results returned almost immediately.
- Online Payment via Domestic ATM Cards – OnePay ATM
Customers may use domestic ATM cards issued by Vietnamese banks that are registered for Internet Banking services to make payments.
Scope of Application: Applicable to customers holding domestic bank accounts in Vietnam.
Payment Procedure:
- Customers the issuing bank;
- Enter card/account information;
- Authenticate the transaction via OTP provided by the bank;
- Complete the payment.
- PAYMENT TERMS
- Deposit: To secure and confirm a booking, customers are required to pay a deposit of at least thirty percent (30%) of the total tour value. This deposit is necessary to confirm the booking and shall be deducted the total payable amount. Failure to make the deposit within the prescribed timeframe may result in cancellation of the service.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than the time of check-in or completion of procedures at CaoBang Eco Travel.
- Currency: All service prices are denominated in Vietnam Dong (VND) or United States Dollars (USD), as automatically converted and displayed on the website caobangecotravel.com.
- Invoices and Documentation: Upon successful payment, customers shall receive an electronic invoice and transaction confirmation via email.
- Note: In the event that customers do not receive any confirmation CaoBang Eco Travel after completing payment, they are requested to contact us via email at caobangecotravel@gmail.com or by telephone at 0868.252.168 to ensure their rights and interests are fully protected.
