1. Requirements for Boarding

• Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
• Present SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding.
• Do not bring food or items with strong odors on board.
• No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants on the bus.
• No flammable or explosive items allowed.
• Do not litter on the bus.
• Maintain silence and avoid causing disturbances.
• No shoes or sandals allowed on the bus.

2. Carry-on Luggage

• Total luggage weight must not exceed 10kg
• No bulky goods allowed.
• No refunds for cancellations due to luggage policy violations.

3. Children & Pregnant Women

• Pregnant women must ensure good health throughout the trip.
• The bus company reserves the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations.
• Children under 4 years old travel for free if sharing a seat/bed with a parent.
• Children aged 6 and above must purchase a full-price ticket.
• For double-room buses: No child policy applies, maximum 2 persons per room, regardless of age or size.
