1.Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers must notify CaoBang Eco Travel of any tour cancellation in writing via email or Zalo message (cancellation requests made by telephone will not be accepted). Alternatively, customers may present the tour registration form and payment receipt at the cooperative’s office to complete the cancellation procedure.

  • Cancellation at least seven (07) days prior to the departure date: 100% refund of the total tour service value;
  • Cancellation at least five (05) days prior to the departure date: 70% refund of the total tour service value;
  • Cancellation at least four (04) days prior to the departure date: no refund.

Note: The above policy applies only to customers who have paid 100% of the total tour service value. CaoBang Eco Travel shall not provide any refund in cases where the customer has paid only a deposit.

  1. Tour Cancellation by CaoBang Eco Travel

In the event that a tour is canceled due to reasons attributable to CaoBang Eco Travel or due to force majeure events (weather conditions, natural disasters, or epidemic, etc), customers will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made within five (05) days, or may opt to reschedule or transfer to an alternative tour.

  1. Tour Modification or Postponement by customer

In the event that customers wish to modify the itinerary, change the number or composition of participants, or reschedule the tour to another date, they must submit a request via email to caobangecotravel@gmail.com at least four (04) days in advance for approval by CaoBang Eco Travel.
