Craft village - Angel Eye Mountain - Thang Hen Lake

12 pm: Depart for the tour, on the way you can admire the Northeast mountains.
Along the way, you can stopped to rest, take pictures of the beautiful scenery on the route the car passed.
12:30 pm : The group check in at Ma Phuc Pass
13 pm : The group visit to Craft village: Phia Thap Incense Village, Phuc Sen Forging Village, Dia Tren paper making village.
• Phia Thap Incense Village :
Phia Thap Incense Village is a traditional incense-making village located in Cao Bằng Province, in the northern part of Vietnam. This village is renowned for producing high-quality incense, a craft that has been passed down through generations. The incense is often made a blend of natural ingredients such as aromatic woods, herbs, and resins, and the process is carried out using time-honored techniques.
• Phuc Sen Forging Village
The blacksmithing tradition in Phúc Sen is well-known for its use of local materials, with the artisans employing traditional techniques to forge durable and sharp knives, machetes, and agricultural tools. These tools are highly regarded for their quality and practicality, and they are used both within Vietnam and exported to other regions.
• Dia Tren Paper factory village.
The paper is made the bark of a tree called “Giấy Dìa” (often a variety of mulberry or fig tree). The process involves harvesting the bark, soaking it, and then manually pounding it a fibrous pulp. The pulp is spread thin on a surface to dry and form a durable, soft paper that has a distinct texture and quality.
3 pm : Move to visit Thang Hen Lake
+ Thang Hen Lake is a beautiful natural freshwater lake located in Cao Bang Province, northern Vietnam. It is part of a system of 36 interconnected lakes that are surrounded by lush green mountains, limestone karsts, and dense forests. The lake is situated at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters above sea level, giving it a cool and tranquil atmosphere.
