Deposit Requirement:
To secure your booking, you need to place a deposit of 30% of the total ammount. This deposit is essential to confirm your tour booking. Any bus requests may vary depending on bus availability and daily seat status.
Non-refundable Deposit:
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in at Cao Bang Eco Travel.
Upon receiving the deposit, you will receive an invoice and final confirmation via email.
Non-refundable Policy:
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of cancellation, regardless of the reason, we will not refund the deposit or the total tour cost.
Booking and Cancellation:
- The deposit ensures your booking for the specified date.
- If you cancel your booking, Cao Bang Eco Travel reserves the right to retain the entire deposit amount.
- Once the trip has started, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations.
Booking Transfer:
- In some cases, Cao Bang Eco Travel may allow you to transfer your booking to another date at our discretion.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email and approved by Cao Bang Eco Travel.
Non-payment of Deposit:
Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Changes to Terms:
Cao Bang Eco Travel reserves the right to amend these deposit terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
Cancellation Policy for Customers Paying 100% Through the Website:
- You can cancel up to 7 days before the experience to receive a full refund.
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the experience start time.
- Changes made less than 6 days before the experience start time will not be accepted.
- To receive a 50% refund, you must cancel 5–7 days before the experience start time.
- If you cancel less than 4 days before the experience start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Changes made less than 4 days before the experience start time will not be accepted.
- The time limits are based on the local time of the experience.
- This experience is weather-dependent. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Once the trip begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason, such as changing the schedule or altering the tour packages (e.g., from 4 days to only 3 days).
